LZMS2025 Glass Linear Double-Sided Edging Machine is designed for efficient and high-precision grinding of parallel straight edges on flat glass sheets, completing the entire process in one operation.
It features a track-driven conveyor system and is equipped with a variable frequency motor control device, ensuring smooth, stable, and vibration-free glass transport throughout the production process.
The grinding head assembly is mounted on dual linear ball guides and driven by dual precision ball screws, providing extremely high rigidity, positioning accuracy, and consistent edge quality, even during long-term mass production.
Operation is managed by a PLC-based control system, with all key parameters (such as speed, position, and grinding pressure) configurable through an intuitive human-machine interface for quick one-time setup, reducing operator intervention.
The LZMS2025 design emphasizes reliability and output, making it ideal for large-scale production of architectural glass, furniture panels, and other flat glass products requiring diagonal and high-quality double-sided processing.
