Main Features

Formed by hard shaft upper and lower rollers, with accurate and smooth curvature of single curved surfaces, no spherical phenomenon. The uniquely designed bending section roller spacing (minimum 80mm) allows for simultaneous rotation of upper and lower rollers or separate drive of the lower roller, leaving no roller marks on the glass surface, with small straight edges on the curved edges and high repeat accuracy. It has automatic/manual arc adjustment methods, with quick and accurate arc adjustment. Capable of multi-station production to improve production efficiency, with low energy consumption.
